Where we invest.
GNV Capital invests in single-property transactions, multiple property portfolios, and real estate-related operating companies. Our strategies include acquisition, development, stabilization, operation, holding and short term sale. We actively invest with joint venture operating partners and third-party borrowers.
We consider all major commercial real estate asset classes across the United States including office, industrial/warehouse, retail, multifamily, hospitality/resort, land, for-sale, and mixed-use properties.
